Sadly no...

...no license ....YET.
i made a few mistakes and now i need to practice more and then take the test again.
so heads up guys, we will need to re-look at our road trip plans. it will happen somehow, whether by car or train.

Road Trip

June 8-12th, I will most likely be in Northern California visiting with Westmont friends. I am soooo excited about the trip!! And I will have more money for it because i am not going to end up buying the new laptop this summer. I just need now to make sure i get my license tomorrow morning.

boy the butterflies are fluttering in my stomach. tomorrow morning i take my driver's license test. i am nervous but i think i will do fine. if y'all wouldn't mind praying for calm and focus for me tomorrow morning, that would be much appreciated.

Hopefully tomorrow morning i will be a licensed driver~!!!!

Driver's License Test Date

TUESDAY MAY 30TH @ 10:30AM!!!
that is when i will be taking my test for my driver's license. i drove a lot today. got to keep up on the practice. just wanted to let y'all know so y'all can pray for me on that date.

the valley hunt club didn't work out.

Shakira, Shakira, Shakira

recently the only music i want to listen to is Shakira music. for some reason i have fallen in love with her music. it is so addicting. so i have been listening to it a lot in the last week. but for the last two days i haven't been blasting it from my stereo because we have the painters here taking down wallpaper. and well they're all Mexican and i'm not sure how they'd feel or what they'd think hearing Shakira blasting from the room of a white boy. soooo i've been listening to other music until they leave.

JOB(S)

Today the manager of the Valley Hunt Club and I finally got in touch. I have an appointment with him tomorrow to fill out paperwork. I hope that all works out and I do get the job. He thinks that it shouldn't be a problem. He had to check how close I was related to the Hamlin that was a member. He thinks that it shouldn't be a problem.

Speaking of jobs, I also applied to work at VONS. I applied online last night. I am waiting to hear from them. It might be cool if I could end up taking both jobs. Get to earn even more money.

i did it again

so i got this impulse to experiment with my hair again. so i tried to dye my hair blonde just for kicks. and welll it did not work at all. it looked blonde in some lights and in others it just looked orange... bleh. so i went back the the store and bought some dark brown dye. and i dyed my hair again! this time it worked out much better. now my hair is a dark brown and it looks much better. i like it much better.
